These terms apply when you use yogamanagement.in, submit a listing or buy a listing plan. Please read them, especially the sections on listings and plans if you run a yoga center.

Accepting these terms

Yoga Management (yogamanagement.in) is owned and operated by Evavel Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using this website, submitting a listing or buying a listing plan, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our disclaimer and our medical disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What Yoga Management is

We publish free educational content about yoga, breathing, meditation and wellness, and we run an online directory of yoga centers, studios, schools, teachers and wellness services in India. We are an information and directory website. We do not run yoga classes, provide health services or take part in any arrangement between you and a listed business.

Using our content

You may:

  • read our guides and share links to them
  • use the information for your own learning and practice
  • quote a short part with a clear link back to the original page

You may not:

  • copy, republish or translate our articles, listings or design as your own
  • scrape or bulk-copy listing data, or use it to contact businesses with unsolicited offers
  • use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
  • try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website

Submitting a listing

If you submit a listing, you confirm that:

  • you own, or are authorised to represent, the business or teacher being listed
  • the details you give us are true, current and not misleading, including any qualifications you mention
  • you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send, and the people shown in photos have agreed to appear
  • you will not describe your classes as curing or treating a disease
  • you will tell us when your details change

You give us permission to display, format, edit for clarity and length, and promote the details and photos you submit, on this website and related Evavel Group websites. You remain the owner of your own content.

We may review, edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing, including if its details cannot be verified, a report shows it is wrong or misleading, or it breaks these terms. Listed businesses are fully responsible for their own classes, courses, prices, refunds, safety, staff qualifications and conduct.

Listing plans and payments

Current plans, prices and what each includes are shown on our listing plans page. Prices may change for future purchases but not for a plan you have already paid for, for the period it covers.

  • Yearly planCovers display of your listing on your city page for 12 months from the date it goes live, with the features shown on the plans page. We remind you before it ends. If it is not renewed, the listing is removed from the city page. You can return later on a new plan.
  • Lifetime planA one-time payment that covers display of your listing, with the features shown on the plans page, for as long as Yoga Management operates. There are a limited number of Lifetime places in each city. If your center closes, moves city or no longer meets these terms, we may update, move or remove the listing.
  • UpgradesYou can move from Yearly to Lifetime while Lifetime places are open in your city, by paying the price difference.
  • UpdatesChanges to a live listing are made within the allowance of your plan, after we confirm the request comes from the business.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner. A plan pays for the placement and display of your listing. It does not guarantee any number of views, calls, enquiries or students, and it does not buy a Verified badge or any recommendation from us.

Cancellations and refunds follow the terms shown at the time of purchase. For any question about a payment or invoice, email care@healthmanagement.in.

Reporting listings

Anyone can report a listing that seems wrong or misleading, as explained in our disclaimer. Please make reports honestly. Do not use reports to harass a business or make false claims.

Intellectual property

Apart from content supplied by listed businesses and third-party images credited to their owners, the text, design, layout, logo and other material on this website belong to Evavel Private Limited and are protected by law.

No professional advice

Content on this website is general information and education. It is not medical, health, fitness, legal or financial advice. Please read our medical disclaimer before starting any practice.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that content or listings are complete, current or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Evavel Private Limited is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of this website, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any listed business. Where we are found liable to a business for a listing plan, our liability is limited to the amount paid for that plan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the website after that, you accept the updated terms.
