What we do
Most people who want to start yoga have the same two questions: how do I begin, and where can I find a good class nearby? Yoga Management answers both.

- A directory of yoga classesCity pages across India list yoga centers, teachers and schools with their timings, fees and direct contact details, so you can call and book a trial class yourself. See the full directory.
- Free toolsHealth calculators, downloadable guides and photo galleries of listed centers.
Who runs Yoga Management
Yoga Management is owned and operated by Evavel Private Limited, an Evavel Group company based in India. The same team runs HealthManagement.in, a wider health and wellness directory, and is building SugarManagement.in for people living with diabetes.
Our focus is India. Our guides are written for people practising at home, in housing society batches, in parks and in neighbourhood studios, and they use the Sanskrit names and practices you will actually hear in an Indian class.
How we write our guides
Yoga is full of big promises. We try to write the opposite way: useful, specific and honest about what is known.
- Plain language first. Each guide explains what to do, step by step, and why. Sanskrit terms are always explained.
- Safety in every practice guide. Pose, breathing and health guides say who should avoid a practice, what an easier version looks like and when to stop.
- Evidence, stated honestly. When we describe health benefits, we link the research we used, from sources such as Cochrane reviews, the US National Institutes of Health (NCCIH) and peer-reviewed journals. Where evidence is weak or missing, we say so.
- Indian sources where they matter. For practices taught in India, we refer to the Ministry of Ayush, including the Common Yoga Protocol and the Yoga Certification Board.
- No cure claims. We do not say yoga cures any disease, and every health guide tells readers to keep seeing their doctor.
- Dated and updated. Our newer guides show the date they were last updated, and we revise them when we find a better source or a mistake.
How the directory works
We want the directory to be something you can trust, so here is exactly how it works, including how we earn money.
- A center sends its detailsYoga centers and teachers fill in our listing form with their timings, fees, address and photos.
- We check the basicsOur team calls the center on the number it gave to confirm its name, location and contact details. Listings that pass show a Verified badge.
- The center pays a listing feeCenters pay for a Yearly or Lifetime plan. This is how we keep the guides free for everyone.
- The listing goes liveIt appears on the center's city page. Lifetime listings appear first, then Yearly listings, each in the order they joined.
Paying for a listing does not buy a Verified badge, a rating or a recommendation from us. We never take a commission on the fees centers charge you, and you contact and pay them directly.
Centers are independent businesses. We check basic details, but we cannot inspect every class, so please confirm fees, timings and a teacher's qualifications before you join. If anything on a listing looks wrong, report it to us and we will look into it.
Spotted a mistake?
If you find an error in a guide, a broken link or an outdated detail on a listing, please tell us. Email care@healthmanagement.in or WhatsApp +91 77100 15659 with the page link and what needs fixing. We check every report and correct the page if it is wrong.
