Who we are
Yoga Management (yogamanagement.in) is owned and operated by Evavel Private Limited, an Evavel Group company in India. For your personal data, we are the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. The short version
- You can read every guide and browse the directory without giving us any personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or sell your personal information.
- If you list a yoga center, the details you submit are published so that students can contact you.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or take down your listing, at any time.
What we collect, and why

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, details about your health. Our guides are general and we cannot give personal medical advice.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Those are handled directly by the payment partner.
Information that becomes public
A directory listing is meant to be seen. When we publish your listing, the details you submit, including the business name, instructor name, address, phone number, email, website, social links, timings, fees, description and photos, can be seen by anyone and may appear in search engines. If you give us a personal mobile number or email for your listing, it will be shown publicly. Please only submit details you are happy to make public.
Search engines and other websites may keep copies of a page for some time after we change or remove a listing. We cannot control those copies.
Services that process information for us
We use these third-party services to run the website. Each handles information under its own privacy policy, and some may process it outside India.

If we add analytics or any new service that processes personal data, we will update this page first.
How long we keep information
- Listings: for as long as the listing is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Payment and invoice records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Messages and reports: as long as needed to deal with them, and then for a limited period for our records.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- ask us to correct, complete or update it
- ask us to delete it, or to take down your listing
- withdraw your consent at any time, which stops future use, though not what was done before
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to
To make a request, email care@healthmanagement.in with the subject "Privacy request", from the email or phone number linked to your listing or message where possible. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, however. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
Yoga Management is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Parents can use our guides with their children, but children should not submit listings or personal details to us. If you think a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service. The date at the top of this page will change when we do, and important changes will be shown clearly.
