How the directory works
Each city has its own page. Listed centers appear at the top with their timings, fees, services, area and contact buttons, and a local guide below explains where classes are, which styles are common and what to watch for in that city's weather.
- Details come from the center. Centers send their timings, fees and address through our listing form.
- We confirm before publishing. Our team calls each center on the number it gave to check the details. Fees and timings can change, so confirm them with the center before you pay.
- You contact them directly. There is no booking through us, no fee for students and no commission on class fees.
- Something wrong? If a listing is out of date, report it and we will check it.
How to choose a yoga center
The best class is one you can reach easily, at a time you can keep, with a teacher who watches and corrects you. Before you join, check:
- Distance and batch time. A center within 15 minutes of home or work, at a time that suits your day. Our guide to morning vs evening yoga helps you decide.
- The teacher's training. Look for Yoga Certification Board (YCB) certification, Yoga Alliance registration or training from a known institution, and ask about experience with beginners.
- Batch size. Smaller groups mean more personal attention, which matters most in your first months.
- A trial class. Notice whether the teacher explains each pose and offers easier versions.
- Health conditions. With back pain, pregnancy, high blood pressure or a recent injury, tell the teacher and check with your doctor first.
- Clear fees. Ask what a monthly plan includes and whether there are registration or material charges.

Is the directory free for students?
Yes. Browsing, reading guides and contacting centers is free. We do not take bookings or charge any commission on class fees.

Yoga studios, independent teachers, meditation and wellness centers, prenatal programs and teacher training schools. Many also offer online or home classes.
